Join me for a deeply nurturing retreat — a full day devoted to moving, breathing, and reconnecting with yourself. This is your chance to pause, reset, and let go of all that you no longer wish to carry forward.
We’ll begin the day with pranayama and vinyasa yoga, awakening the body and clearing stagnant energy as we anchor into the breath. From there, you’ll be guided into meditation and inner exploration, gently quieting the mind and tuning in to the wisdom within.
In between practices you’ll receive thoughtful journaling prompts to help you reflect, release, and set the tone for your next chapter — the perfect moment for quiet self-discovery and intention setting.
In the afternoon, we’ll dive into self-massage using blocks, tennis balls, and essential oils to melt away tension and create space for ease and lightness.
We’ll close the day with a deeply restorative Yin practice, Meditation and Deep relaxation, allowing everything to integrate in a state of pure relaxation and peace.
Our time together will end with a closing circle and reflection, grounding your experience and sealing your intentions for the year ahead.
