A day filled with all the amazing elements of Yoga.
We will start the day with a Pranayama and Vinyasa practice to immerse ourselves with the breath and to get connected with our body. We will then move in to a guided meditation practice so we can clear some clutter from the mind and explore the landscape of our inner world.
During the lunch break some reflection prompts will be handed out for those who would like to process and deepen their experience by journalling.
We will then move in to some massage and body manipulation to help us let go of some of the tension that needs a bit more encouragement to release, both on our self and with a partner. Then we will finish our practices with a beautiful Soundbath and Meditation led by the amazing Miriam Riise Bait.
The day ends with a closing circle and some time to reflect upon the day and to journal further about your experience.
