A 60 minute class modified and tailored to the pregnant body and all the changes and challenges that comes with it.
The class will consist of a short integration to warm up the body, followed by postures and flows designed to strengthen, open and re-balance specific muscle groups. We will end in a gentle stretch, relaxation and meditation.
The class will also cover basic pregnancy anatomy and physiology, and we will practice mindfulness tools and breathing exercises that can assist at birth.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, no previous experience with yoga is needed
