This 60-minute class is thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. We’ll move mindfully to strengthen, open, and re-balance the body as it adapts to change — helping you feel more comfortable, connected, and confident.
Each class includes gentle flows, grounding postures, breathwork, and relaxation to ease tension and build stability. You’ll also learn mindfulness tools and breathing techniques that can support you through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
