This 6-week course is designed for intermediate practitioners ready to take their practice to the next level. Each 90-minute class dives deep into a specific inversion or arm balance, helping you build the strength, technique, and confidence needed to lift, balance, and explore your body in new ways.
Through clear guidance, creative drills, and mindful progressions, you’ll learn how to safely enter, hold, and transition through these challenging postures — while staying connected to your breath and presence.
