Power Vinyasa

A class focused on learning new skills and advancing the overall practice. The class is designed to prepare the body for a peak pose such as inversions, arm balances or flexibility poses.

The class will consist of a short integration to connect to the breath and warm up the body, followed by a dynamic flow covering both strength and mobility, balancing postures, peak-pose attempts, a stretch and a meditation.

A great class for those looking to challenge themselves in new skills and wants to feel like they´re advancing in their physical practice.
