Read moreThis class is an invitation to pause, unwind, and reconnect. Through gentle, long-held postures, we allow the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to quiet. Each pose is held for 3–5 minutes to gently stretch and release the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, helping to free physical tension and unblock stagnant energy.
We begin with calming breathwork (pranayama) to ground and center, move through 10–12 soothing Yin postures, and end with a deeply restful meditation.
