Ina’s Vinyasa and Flow classes are dynamic, creative, and deeply mindful. They are designed to challenge the body while grounding the mind — helping you shift out of your thoughts and into the rhythm of your breath.

Each class moves through an athletic sequence of flowing postures, combining strength, endurance and mobility with mindful awareness. 

Through repetition and breathwork, you’ll find a moving meditation that builds both physical power and inner focus.

Expect a balance of effort and ease: flowing sequences to build heat, playful challenges to develop skill and strength, and grounding stretches and meditation to close.

Every class offers variations and modifications, making it accessible for all levels — whether you’re looking to refine your practice or explore new movement patterns with curiosity and confidence.
